1. Order Processing Time

All our frames are carefully assembled and inspected before being shipped. Processing times depend on the type of frame you order:

• Standard Size Frames & Pre-made Sets: Processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Custom Size Frames: Since these are built to your exact specifications, please allow 3-5 business days for crafting and processing before dispatch.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India using reliable courier partners to ensure safe handling of your frames.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over ₹1999.
• Standard Shipping (Orders below ₹1999): A flat shipping rate of ₹99 applies.
• Delivery Timeframes: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.

3. Secure & Damage-Free Packaging

Shipping glass requires expertise. We use premium, damage-resistant packaging materials to ensure your frames arrive in pristine condition. Every order is packed with:

• Reinforced edge and corner protectors.
• Multiple layers of high-grade bubble wrap.
• Sturdy, custom-fit corrugated shipping boxes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website.

5. Missing or Damaged Packages

While we pack everything securely, transit accidents can occasionally happen. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if your package arrives with damaged glass/frames, please contact us within 48 hours.

For damaged items, please keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage so we can send a replacement immediately. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.
