At Crafted Frames, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. We want you to love your frames as much as we love making them. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
We offer an easy 7-day return window for our standard-sized frames and gallery wall sets. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unhung, with no scratches on the glass or frame, and in its original packaging (including corner protectors and bubble wrap).
Because of the personalized nature of our business, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
We package our frames meticulously to prevent glass breakage and corner damage. However, transit accidents occasionally happen. If your frame arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Once verified, we will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
To initiate a return, please email us at dineshmahato4567@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
