At Crafted Frames, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. We want you to love your frames as much as we love making them. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
1. 7-Day Return Policy (Standard Frames)
We offer an easy 7-day return window for our standard-sized frames and gallery wall sets. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unhung, with no scratches on the glass or frame, and in its original packaging (including corner protectors and bubble wrap).
2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Frames)
Because of the personalized nature of our business, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom Size Frames: Any frame made to your specific dimensions is final sale and cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Gift Cards.
Items purchased during clearance sales or using final-sale promo codes.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We package our frames meticulously to prevent glass breakage and corner damage. However, transit accidents occasionally happen. If your frame arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Include clear photos of the damaged frame, the broken glass (if applicable), and the exterior packaging box.
Once verified, we will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at dineshmahato4567@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring the glass is heavily protected. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged during the return transit due to poor repacking.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
