At Crafted Frames, we understand that sometimes plans change. We work hard to process and craft your orders as quickly as possible, so our cancellation window is limited. Please read the terms below carefully if you need to cancel or modify your order.
1. Standard Orders (Pre-made Frames & Gallery Sets)
If you have ordered a standard, non-customized frame from our store, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
If the order has already been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow our standard Refund & Return Policy.
2. Custom Size Frames
Because custom size frames are handcrafted to your exact specifications, the raw materials are cut very shortly after your order is confirmed. Therefore, custom orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once production has started on a custom frame (after the 12-hour window), the order cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately. Please do not rely solely on email if your request is urgent.

Note: A cancellation is only considered valid once you have received a written confirmation email from our support team.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the valid timeframe, we will initiate a full refund immediately to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
5. Cancellations by Crafted Frames
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may happen in the event of:
Unavailability of specific wood materials, molding, or stock.
Errors in product or pricing information on our website.
Issues identified by our fraud detection department.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
