We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and finishes of our frames as accurately as possible. However, because many of our frames are made from natural materials like wood, slight variations in grain and color are to be expected and celebrated as part of the handcrafted process.
Custom Measurements: For custom-sized frames, the customer is fully responsible for providing accurate measurements. Crafted Frames is not liable for frames that do not fit due to incorrect dimensions provided by the customer.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Crafted Frames and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. In the event of glass breakage during transit, our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the damaged item or a refund, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
